A fixed monthly retainer covers ongoing strategic leadership: setting direction, reviewing performance, managing specialists and staying accountable to your business objectives, the same role a full-time CMO would hold, scaled to what your business needs.
Alongside the strategic retainer sits a flexible implementation pool, a bank of hours for the execution work the strategy calls for: content, campaigns, website work, design, and more. You get visibility over how that pool is being used through regular reporting, so there are no surprises and no idle retainer fees.
