THE CHALLENGE

After two decades working within larger practices, the StudioBE team was ready to establish their own identity. They needed to launch with a brand that captured both their rigorous research methodology and their deeply human approach to design—a combination rarely seen in the industry. The challenge was translating their unique positioning as evidence-based wellbeing design specialists into a distinctive market presence that would resonate with values-aligned clients.

HOW WE HELPED

We developed a comprehensive marketing strategy that articulated StudioBE's purpose-driven positioning and defined their service offerings across workplace, healthcare, education and justice sectors. This included developing their brand identity, tone of voice guidelines, website architecture, and foundational marketing collateral. We crafted messaging that balances poetic humanity with practical credibility—capturing their philosophy that spaces should nurture rather than diminish the human spirit.

We developed a brand identity built around the "BE" philosophy—a flexible framework that allows StudioBE to communicate their values through playful yet purposeful wordplay. From "BE curious" to "BE transformative," the identity system adapts to different contexts while maintaining a consistent, distinctive voice.

We created comprehensive tone of voice guidelines that capture StudioBE's distinctive voice—authentic and direct, poetic yet practical, inclusive and respectful, rebellious yet constructive—providing a framework for consistent communication across all touchpoints.

Our website architecture uses the "BE" philosophy throughout, with section titles like "BE Human" (About), "BE Transformative" (Services) and "BE Proven" (Portfolio), creating an immersive brand experience that differentiates StudioBE from conventional practice websites.

We developed a nine-week brand launch campaign across LinkedIn and Instagram, introducing StudioBE's "BE" philosophy, origin story, research partnerships, and sector expertise through a strategic mix of image posts and document-style content.
