THE CHALLENGE
Art Hanging Systems had built an exceptional reputation through technical expertise and deep understanding of the art world, but lacked the foundational marketing infrastructure to support ambitious growth targets. With no strategy in place for the commercial market, tender responses that were overwhelmingly technical, and no capability statements or case studies to convey the holistic solutions AHS provides, the business needed a comprehensive approach to capture opportunities across galleries, museums, healthcare, education and residential markets.
HOW WE HELPED
We developed a comprehensive marketing strategy that defined target audiences and customer journeys across key market segments, established an organising logic for AHS's value proposition, and recommended foundational marketing infrastructure including website architecture, collateral development and database management. We also created a suite of capability statements that position AHS as a solutions provider—not just a product supplier—and support more compelling tender responses.
